Hi I am seeking guidance regarding : Key Issues: * Withheld Wages & Unlawful Deductions: Employer withheld portions of my earnings for payroll during unemployment and immigration costs. * Unfair Pay Structure & Payroll Manipulation: Employer failed to honor agreed salary terms and used withheld wages to cover my salary during unemployment, bypassing legal payroll obligations. * Immigration Violations: Forced to pay for H-1B, Green Card processing, and legal fees that should have been employer-covered. * Extortion & Job Loss: While transitioning to full-time with Vendor at Client, employer refused to provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) unless the vendor paid ongoing fees as long as I am with Vendor. This led to my job loss. * Sudden Termination Without Notice: Despite 12 years of employment, I was terminated without warning, violating H-1B revocation protocols. * Lack of Communication & Professional Damage: Employer ignored all attempts to resolve issues, resulting in financial hardship, career setbacks, and emotional distress. Can I file complaints with USCIS/DOL , other govt agencies against the employer for the above actions . Can the employer be sued hiring an attorney .
