Hello , My I94 expired on 14th sept 2024. I have applied I-539 (before the I94 expiry) for an extension and I have received I-797c. I also applied I-765 for a H4 ead renewal (c26 category) (before I94 expiry) for which I received the I797c. Given that I am allowed to stay in US, in this situation am I allowed to work for an employer?
