I am a GC Holder and undergoing college in India. I applied reentry permit by post and left USA and again enters USA for biometric and done. Now, I got decision that, Reentry permit Denied. Reason: Application reached / filed the US office after I left USA, i.e. next day. Now It is more than one year after leaving USA. But I got decision yesterday. 1. Can I travel to USA and re-apply for reentry permit. ? Saying the denial of reentry permit ; studying in India ; and coming for apply? 2. Or Appeal for the motion or consider will be helpful? 3. Is there any issues at the USA airport entry if I travel to USA now? 4. What is the best way to tackle this issue?
