Question

I have the following scenarios: My daughter's passport was renewed last month, her I-94 has old passport # and the I-94 is valid till Apr 26, 2019 (the date the H4 expires). My Passport was reissued a few months ago (Apr 2018) to change the name, my FN and LN was interchanged so, I got it fixed. I-94 has old passport # and old name, and is valid till Apr 26, 2019 (the date the H1 expires). My Wife's passport was reissued a few months ago (Apr 2018) to change her name. Here FN & LN were in one line with FN as FNU. So we got it fixed I-94 has old passport # and old name, and is valid till Apr 26, 2019 (the date the H4 expires). Can you please help answer these questions: In my daughter's case should the I-94 be updated to reflect the new passport #? in My case, should the I-94 be updated to reflect the new name and the new passport #? In My wife's case should the I-94 be updated to reflect the new name and the new passport #? I-797 validity for all 3 of us is until 4/26/2019. I am currently working on renewing H1 and H4 in premium processing. Thanks for your help in advance.
