Received RFE for my wife's H4 EAD extension. RFE responce date is sep 18th and my wife returning from India on sep 19th. RFE states first one is i94 latest with arrival departure records or second one is if not available submit latest entry passport stamp and i797 approval copy. Can i submit second one above when shes in india or we need to submit only once shes in usa. Please let me know your thoughts on how to proceed with this RFE response.
