Primary Visa: E3 Australian Visa, in the USA for the past 6 years Spouse Visa: H1B, I-140 Approved. 1) Will there be any issues if my spouse, who is already on an H1B visa with an approved I-140, moves to E3D status while I am on an E3 visa as an Australian citizen, considering that the E3 visa is dual intent? 2) Is it possible for my spouse to apply for E3D status from within the USA and would the approval of E3D status also grant them work authorization? 3) If the need arises to shift back from E3D to H1B, what potential challenges or issues could arise during the transition, and how safe is it to make such a shift? 4) During consulate interviews, are there likely to be any issues or complications when shifting from an H1B visa to E3D visa, considering the non-dual intent nature of the E3 visa and Vice Versa.
