Respected Attorney, I got married with somebody whose divorce process from previous marriage was still going on when I tied the knot (Hindu marriage). We registered the marriage in Govt domain only after her divorce is approved. Marriage happened with her before her divorce. Registration after her divorce. Divorce date will be after the marriage date. Would this be an issue for getting H4 VISA for my spouse? What are the proof needs to be submitted for remarried spouse for H4 VISA interview? Whom should I check with USCIS or DHS for clarifying further, if in case VISA is rejected?
