Question

Hi, good morning, I am an Indian national, I had worked in the US as a software professional for about 5 years between 2014 and 2019 with a H1B visa and went back to my country (India). At the moment, I live in India and my current employer filed an L1A petition that is now approved, pending visa appointment for stamping. In the mean time, based on an interview, another US based employer filed a new H1B petition (went through the lottery system), which is also approved, pending visa appointment for stamping. I have the below questions: 1. Can I attend visa appointments for both L1A and H1B petitions and get them stamped and choose to work on either one of them at a later point? 2. If I choose to work for my current employer using L1A visa and not stamp my H1B petition, will I be able to use the H1B petition number for a cap-exempt petition at a later point? 3. If I choose to work for my current employer using L1A visa, at a later point can I choose to switch to my new employer for whom I already have an approved H1B petition? How long do I have until my H1B petition is not valid for visa appointments to get it stamped? Thank you.
