Question

L1-B Extension case was denied on July 13, 2020 and my 240 day period after submitting my extension is expiring on July 21, 2020. My case number is WAC2004450748. I entered US on March 2017 using L1-B VISA. I have been staying here in US since 2017 without moving out of the country. My I-94 expiration date was November 24, 2019. My US based employer applied for my extension on Nov 22, 2019 and USCIS responded with RFE on March 8, 2020. My employer responded to RFE in premium processing and USCIS received my RFE response on July 2, 2020. On July 13, 2020, USCIS updated in online that my case was denied. Before I receive the denial notice from my employer, what are the possible options that I can use to continue my stay here in US? In case my employer is not ready to appeal the case or file a new L petition before I move out of the country, then what will be the possible option that I can leverage? What will be the legal number of days to stay in US after I receive the denial notice from my employer?
