Hi my name is Sudheer Mandava, my employer name us strategic staffing solutions, I have my 7th year extension filed with S3 because my perm is pending for more that 365 days(I have used all 6 years of H1B)and it is still pending, unfortunately I have lost my job with end client (Wells fargo)and S3 want to pull my H1B extension. 
Question: Can I change my employer from S3 to a new employer even though my H1b extension is pending based on my perm? Will I be approved till March 2026 (which is my 1-year extension). Different question: S3 is saying I will still keep my perm and certify my I-140. Can I use that to extend my H1B if the above question answer is "TRANSFERABLE" Willing to provide more details
