Hello, I got laid off today (February 12) from my job. My last working day will be February 28, 2025. Also my I94 Admit until date is Feb 28 2025. H-1B Extension was received by USCIS on 10/14/2024. Company attorney said I should anticipate a response from USCIS around the end of June 2025. My I797A date is also February 28 2025. I have approved I140 from another employer. My current employer had started green card processing last year. My wife is on H1B. Could you please advise what are the best options I have to extend my employability in the US.I am taking some interviews for a new job.
