Hello, I'm on F1 OPT STEM extension, valid until Dec, 3rd 2024. My stamp expired on Dec 2022. The company attorney filed a i-129 petition for H1B. Filed 06/26/2024, received 06/28/2024 COS through Vermont regular processing, Mexican national. My application is still pending but my EAD will expire. 1.- Can I continue to work with my petition still pending and my EAD expired? (Say Dec 4th comes and the petition is pending) 2.- How long until I have to leave the US or change to B2? 3.- What is one good way to convince my employer to upgrade to Premium Processing? Thanks,
