I currently hold an H1B Visa since 2018 and have worked simultaneously for two clients (Client A and Client B). My employer filed an extension in October 2021 based on my employment with Client A, which was approved until September 2024. However, I ended my employment with Client A in December 2022. Now, with my extension set to expire in September 2024, my employer wants me to get a new client (project) to file an extension/amendment, and I have received no response from their legal team. If I don't get a job, they won't file anything. I’m wondering if I can file for an extension based on my employment with Client B in another way. If it is not possible, what alternative options do I have, other than finding a new client?
