Hi Team I am currently in India. Due to personal situation I had to come to India in Pandemic, H1b Visa Expired in June-2021. I have I-140 approved from a previous employer, (Priority Date: 12/2016) Now that my personal situation is better, I want to move back to United States. If I find a employer, what is the way to get visa? My question, is does my case belong to H1b extension or transfer or a new H1b altogether? If its a new H1b petition, will it use my approved i140 or its a lottery? I am under impression its a H1b transfer but want to be sure. Appreciate your response !!!
