Hello, My wife is in Vancouver, Canada and I am in Seattle, US searching for job in my 60 days grace period. Can my wife visit me during this time? I checked on USCIS check status and the case stills shows 'case approved' and not case withdrawn. My I-94 is still active. So can my wife take advantage of this as technically US CBP does not know yet I am terminated and travel to visit me during my grace period? Thanks
