Here is my current situation. Worked Company A fired on 02/06/2023 (Fulltime employee, was converted from F1 OPT to H1B) H1B Transfer initiated Company B (consulting firm) H1B Transfer Approved on 10/31/2023. My last payroll ran on 10/30/2023 with Company A Company B is willing to run the payroll on 12/30/2023 1st payroll. Regarding below question 1. Can I travel India on 12/24/2023? I must go stamping unsure about any stamping date. Company B is not interested to bring back to me, he is avoiding providing Client letter / employment verification letter. But I have only one or two paystub. 2. If I go stamping, is there any possible to get stamping? what do the complex issue arise? 3. Or Can I stay back and find job go stamping 2024 / 2025?
