Hello Sir/Ma'am, My H1B petition was approved on April 4th 2023 valid through April 2nd 2026. On December 31st 2023, I was terminated from my job. My 60 day grace period to be in the US would expire on March 1st 2024. My question is :- should I move out of US last week of Feb and over the next 1-4 months, can I apply for jobs in the US stating that I currently have valid US work authorization as my I-94 is valid till April 2026 and my previous petition was valid till April 2026 and all I would be needing is a new H1 petition only.
