I am currently in H1B and My previous employer wants to hire me again. I want to get a salary advance from my future employer. Please advise if it is allowed for my future employer to pay any salary advance in H1B. If it is allowed, is there any limit on the amounts to be paid and should it be run as payroll or can it be shown as expenses. If not allowed, is there any workaround allowed in H1B.
