Hi, I was laid off in October 2022 and did return back to India prior to expiry of the grace period. I found another job in US and my H1B is approved until March 2026. Since I had a visa stamp (I-94) valid until 07/14/2024, I was able to enter US. However, I did receive a I-797B, so wanted to check if I would need a visa stamp prior to 07/14/2024?
