My h1b status started on October 2022. I am in India until July 18. I have a new offer and they want me to start on July 24. Is it advisable to start the transfer process while in India ? Would the premium processing of h1b transfer provide approval or denial in 15 calendar days? Is it advisable to do a premium processing after I land back in the USA. Can I suggest a start date of August first week for the employer if they apply by premium processing on July 19? My EB2 NIW is approved, would this transfer affect my EB2 approval.
