Currently I have L-1 visa, and own I-797B without I94 and visa stamp. Correct me if I'm wrong. As long as I'm in US, and find next visa sponsor within graceful period(60days from last day of employment), next visa sponsor can file Change of Status and I will be eligible to work at next company with H-1B. am I right? Want to get confirmation from you about my understanding. Thanks,
