I am on H4 visa [before that F2 Dependent]. I applied for H1B this year and got a notice that it's picked in lottery. Current cases status is "Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS" - as of Jun 29. Recently i travelled out of USA for an emergency and i am still out of country. I would like to know 1. What is the impact on my H1B Application 2. How does USCIS know about this travel before they make decision on H1B Application 3. Should i return to USA immediately ? Will this help in anyway ? 4. Should i return before USCIS makes decision on my case ? 5. If there is any impact to H1B application , does showing valid proof of emergency travel help ? Thanks in advance and appreciate your help
