Hi, Employer A: I have got my H1B thru quota in the year April 2007. Visa stamped in September 2007 and landed in USA in Jan 2008. I have worked with this employer until May 2009. During my tenure, this employer hasnt started green card process. Employer B: I have joined this employer in June 2009. This employer has started my green card process. My priority date is May 2012 and eventually I140 is also approved with this employer and they have told that they wont cancel my I140 after leaving the company. I have worked with this employer until Dec 2014. Employer C: I have joined this employer in Jan 2015. This employer has started my green card process with my previous priority date of May 2012 and eventually received I140 approval. Even this employer told that they wont revoke/cancel I140 after leaving the company. I have left the company in April 2019 and moved to India for good. My last H1 petetion with this employer is valid until November 2020. After moving to India: Since May 2019, I am in India. I have been planning to move to USA from another employer and wondering whether I have to go thru the quota or not for H1B. Someone told me that as long as it is
