Hi My perm is in audit and getting maxed out in 2 months(6 years). what are my options? My 6 years is getting maxed out in 9/16/2022. I got perm audit yesterday and audit responses submitted today (7/5/2022) by my employer. Should i leave the country before 9/16/2022 and wait for 140 approval & H1 extension or Is there any option to stay back?. Note: I used all my out of countries date for the max out calculations. If i go out of the country after max out date, will i still comeback with i140 approved status?
