Can I travel to the US with 1 month left for my visa (h1b) to expire? I am traveling from India to USA. I am from Atlanta, GA. I came here to India 3 months back for family emergency. My H1B Visa expire in May last week 2022. is there any questions is been raised during the port of entry by CBP officer? I have a valid H1B stamping till May ending 2022, I carry 1-797 copies as well. Do I need bring any more documents? Or any thing. Please suggest.
