I have an approved H1B visa with my current employer (Employer#1) that is valid until Sept 2022. I got a new job offer from Employer#2 who filed for visa transfer and got approved. I am planning to serve my notice to Employer#1 with last day as 11/26, and go on paid vacation for the period from 10/18 to 11/26. During this paid vacation, I will be on Employer#1s system, receiving pay-checks and RSU vests while. I have 4 weeks of vacation period, and 2 weeks of personal time balance with Employer#1. In parallel, I plan to start my employment with Employer#2 from 10/18 onward. In other words, for the period of 10/18 to 11/26, I will be on payrolls of two employers - Employer#1 (where I am on paid vacation), and Employer#2 (where I am actively working). Am I allowed to do this?
