I am currently working with Employer A, and I have found a new employer B and the H1b Change of Employer application has already been approved (before the termination date with Employer A). Can I take a month's break between the end date with Employer A and the start date with Employer B? Will this be considered a 60 day grace period? I have read that that I have 60 days to report to the new employer once I leave my current job. Could you please confirm if those unemployed days would not cause an issue with the H1 status? Additionally, I will be getting a paycheck 2 weeks after my last day, since the paycheck is paid bi-weekly. Will I be considered on the payroll even if my employment ended with Employer A.
