Hi, I planned to sponsor green card for my father early 2024 but could not do it. My father applied for a police clearance certificate and got the certificate from India in February 2024. Now, I want to apply for green card in February 2025 for my father and my question is Can my father use the police clearance certificate provided in Feb. 2024 when filing for green card in Feb. 2025? How long is the certificate valid? The certificate provided by police does not mention until when its valid. Thanks.
