Hello, I'm asking this question on behalf of my immigrant wife. She arrived in the US on a K1 visa in March 2020. We were married in May 2020 and submitted our I-485, I-131 and I-765 petitions in August 2020. Receipt numbers were received in September 2020. Since then there has been no progress on our case. Numerous calls to USCIS provided no information. Service Requests to USCIS also went unanswered. Finally in February 2021, we received an email from USCIS indicating that my wife's case was in suspense while they awaited biometrics information. Her case has been in the scheduling system for biometrics at the local Tampa Application Support Center. The case cannot progress until the Tampa ASC provides a biometric scheduling slot. Of course there is no way for us to contact the Tampa ASC. Is there anything we can do to resolve whatever is holding up my wife's case at Tampa ASC and expedite her case? I know Covid has slowed down operations throughout the country. But this has been nearly 7 months waiting for a biometrics appointment notice. In the mean time, my wife cannot work or travel as a result. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
