I voilated a term of F1 visa and fell out of F1 status, but I applied for reinstatement within the first month of getting SEVIS terminated and a year later the reinstatement request was approved and I got my SEVIS status back. My question is whether or not this still considers a violation of F1 visa term even after the reinstatement was approved?
