I have green card since 2022. But I am outside USA for the past 2years and not applied re-entry permit as well. I have to visit USA for my personal reasons i.e children studying in USA. My question is, 1. Can I apply tourist via to visit USA while having green card OR 2. Apply for Returning resident application and travel to USA.
