My father is currently in the US on a B2 visa. My daughter included his medical expenses on her FAFSA application to help reduce her tuition .He has not received any public benefits himself. Will this have any negative impact on his green card application, especially under the public charge rule? I am a US citizen. I am paying for his medical expenses out of my own pocket. We are planning to file his Green Card in next 2 weeks
