My I485 was filed in EB3 category and I have a USCIS receipt notice for an accompanying transfer of underlying basis (TUB) for consideration in EB2. My priority date is current in EB3 category since April 1st. 1. Should I file another TUB for consideration in EB3 category? 2. Given I only have a receipt notice but no decision on the first TUB for EB2 consideration, how do I interpret my default basis i.e. is it the one in I485 (EB3) or is it what my first TUB requested (i.e. EB2)?
