My wife is on H4 EAD and would like to open some business lines along with her IT jobs. Business lines would be Affiliate Marketing where we market another company's product and services through our website and social media channels. Now Business owners are in USA and outside USA both. Is there any legal issue if we market the product and service through online website and social media channels. Can she receive the amount on her SSN or need to have LLC created in USA. As I will not be active partner and we will be hiring any web developer for Website creation/manager and same for social media platforms. Being on H1B, can I post any marketing materials on our company social media channels or can I even market from my personal social media channel and what's app.
