Hi Team, I am currently working on H1B (I-140 approved) with priority date Dec 2020 with EB2 Category. I am in USA since May 2016 with the same employer as Manager Role. I am looking forward to EB2 to EB1 category. My spouse is having H4 EAD and kids have valid H4. They have valid I-94 for next 3 years and spouse is having valid H4-EAD till next 3 years as well. Currently she is employed on H4 EAD. Now I believe I need to have international work experience in Managerial category for at least 1 year. In order to so, I can go to Mexico/Canada/India… Can only I go to India for a year and come back while my wife/kids can stay in USA and My wife can continue to work while her H4 EAD and I-94 validity. Second Option – I have valid H1B for next 3 years. I change the employer, do H1 Transfer, join company, move to Canada for 1 year and come back to USA on my H1B as it is valid for next 3 years ? Same question as above, can my wife/kids can stay in USA and My wife can continue to work while her H4 EAD and I-94 validity. Or please advise -
