Hi, I have H1b stamping done in India last year while working for company A (for profit) and is valid till June 2025. I have since then moved to company B and then moved to company C (non-profit). I am planning on visiting India again this month i.e. November 2023. Do I need to go for visa stamping again to come back to USA ? Does my current company being a non-profit has any impact on Visa stamping or entry back into USA? I am going for a short time, so thinking of not going for visa stamping if it is not mandatory. Please suggest.
