In the form I-765 if the applicant is filing for Renewal. Applicant on previous entry was on H1B which was back in 2011. the application never used AP(Advance Parole) card for entry in U.S In Feb 2023 the applicant changed the employer and moved to EAD. so in the I-765 form page 3 part 2 (point 25) what should be written for the following question. 25) What is the current status? I'm mentioning " Pending Adjustment of Status" but not mentioned as parolee as the applicant never used AP. In I-131 form page 4, part 8 , point 1. what the applicant should check yes or no for the question (Im requesting EAD upon arrival of my new operation allies). I left it blank. Also I live in Virginia so since my filing is C09 category to which USCIS address i need to the EAD and AP renewal documents.
