Hey there, I am currently traveling overseas and will return back to the US (coincidentally) 1 day after my green card expires. I have an I-797C Notice of Action on the pending application for removal of conditions, but the notice of action does not contain specific language regarding extensions of conditional green cards. Can I be confident that I can safely return to the US?
