My priority date is January 25h, 2013 under EB2 category. I'm in USA and my dependents are in India both have valid H4. Since the dates have retrogressed, I have only 15 days to file I-485 for my Green Card. Below are my questions 1. What is the process to initiate Green Card for dependents in India. What are the forms involved. 2. My family will travel to USA during March 2023. What will happen to their if I get EAD or Green card before March 2023. 3. If my family travels to USA before my EAD or GC is issued, what is the process to transfer their case from India to USA.
