Hi, I have an approved EB2-I140 from company A, with Priority Date Sep 2014. My current company B has an approved EB3-I140 (only) and filed I485 in Oct 2020. Company B got acquired by company C in 2022. Can company C port Company A's EB2-I140 and file I485J to move my pending I485 from EB3 to EB2?
