I have 2 approved H1B petitions from 2 different employers. I am working for both employers full time remotely. My second petition is filed as Change of employer" petition instead of "New concurrent employment" on I-129. Am I considered Out of status currently and is there any remedy to fix it? What does USCIS regulation say in this regard? Can I use AVR at Canada/Mexico border for invoking 245(k) and leave one of the employers if deemed Out of Status.
