Hello, I am a US Citizen and had filed an I-130 for my parents, this got approved, and the case moved to NVC. This was early 2019. After that, my father passed away later year and covid hit, and fast forward to today, my mother no longer wants to move permanently to the USA. She would rather come to visit only. We submited some documents on the NVC site, I paid the fees but when I didnt visit the site for over a year, that also got voided. What steps do I need to follow to properly cancel the immigrant processing so that she is all clear to apply for a B1/B2 -- they do ask if someone has filed an immigrant petition. She has had a visitor visa in the past, and she is 80 years old. Thank you.
