I downgraded and applied for eb3 in Oct-2020 and when dates moved back for eb3 and became current in eb-2, applied for eb-2 in Dec-2021, eb-3 has been transferred to NBC in Feb-2022 and now both cases are in NBC and still in pending status for 6 months. any advice or suggestions on what can be done?
