My current H1B is valid through January 14, 2022. My EB1A I140 has been approved on April 2021 and I485/I765/I131 is pending for more than 6 months. I am on H1B for more than 13 months. My current H1B is an under cap exemption. My new employer or current employer wants to work with EAD. However, I do not have EAD. I think it is not possible to start work immediately for a no-cap exemption employer.  What are the options available for me?  (File 824 and go back to India, look for a cap-exempt employer, look for an employer to file O1, wait for EAD, do not worry about the gap in the employment, .... )
