I am currently working at the client location, and they are allowing me to work remotely, so planning to move to a different city. I am working in the Employer-Vendor-Client model, and the new work location (city) I am moving to is not a Client or an Employer, or a Vendor location. We are planning to file H1b Amendment, including the new work from home location(different city), client location, and employer location. 1. When an Immigration officer comes to check, will there be any challenges? 2. Will I face any issues during visa stamping or at the port of entry because of this? 3. How Soon/late should/can we apply the H1B amendment?
