My details:: Approved I-140 (Priority date August 11th 2010 (EB2 - Filled by employer A)..... I-765 (USCIS Received date October 30th 2020, I-765 Approved date August 3rd 2021). (EAD physical card received August 7th 2021, EAD card Valid from 08/02/2021 through 08/01/2023)... I-485 (USICS Received date OCT 30th 2020, Current status "Case Was Updated To Show Fingerprints Were Taken") (Biometrics done in April 2021, Medicals NOT submitted with I-485) NOW Planning to Change the employer Questions: (1) Since its more than 180 days after Received Date, Can I change employer on EAD?..... (2) Is it better to join the new employer on EAD or ask them to Transfer H1B? Which is safer option...... (3) What if I get a Medical RFE or any other RFE on I-485 before I join the new Employer? (after I resign old Employer & before I join new Employer)...... Can we reply RFE after joining New employer, along with 485J ?.... (4) Other option, If I wait till I get GC and switch to new employer soon after getting GC, Is there any minimum period I have to work with GC sponsoring employer before joining new employer.
