My company has filed a downgrade from EB2 to EB3 on November 1st along with 485, EAD and AP and I’m waiting for a receipt. Can I travel to India on a valid H1B visa and get my Visa stamped through Dropbox? Do I have to wait till I get the receipt from USCIS for my AOS filing before I travel to India? Please help as this is an emergency travel situation.
