Question

Hi -  I had received an RFE on my I-485 filing and debating if I should stick to my current attorney who did all the original filings - Labor, I-140 and I-485 (all in 2011-12). Plus, couple of RFEs since 2012 etc.. or change my attorney at this time. It sounds like a bad idea to change attorney at this point, considering I have come this far, but the downside seem to be that, the attorneys got bombarded with so many other filings and they don't expect to get to my case in couple of weeks time. Whereas the outside attorneys I had enquired are available to file before that. RFE is for Supplement J, Medicals and Biographic and I have all those in hand now. My Priority Date - Aug. 2009/EB2 and current (again) in Final Action date. My question is - given that I have the requested documented in hand, is it now ready for any reputed attorney to pick up and submit the RFE or there is more to it that one might be recommended sticking to the current attorney who did all the paperwork for me (at the cost of additional week or two delay in submitting) Regards, Saravanan
