Question

Currently, I am working for an Employer A on H1B visa, I got one opportunity last month with Employer B and I got a better opportunity this month with employer C. Currently my H1B transfer is filed by Employer B and I am hoping the results(new I797) will come in next 2 weeks. On the other side Employer C wants to file an LCA and transfer in the next 2 to 4 weeks. I am in a situation where I want to join Employer C but at the same time, I can't hold Employer B till I get I-797 approval from Employer C. My current employer A knows that I am joining Employer B due to client relationships. Can I join Employer B in the month of December and resign after 2 to 3 months. Will this have any impact on my future H1B transfers or visa interview or port of entry or Green card processing. Which I-797 petition should I share with Employer C ? The one with my current Employer A or the new one which I am expecting in the next two to three weeks from Employer B assume if I will join Employer B in the month of December. Should I inform Employer C that I am joining Employer B in the next month?
