Question

Thank you in advance, here's my situation - EB2 Green Card issued: Aug 2014; Filing N400 for naturalization: Aug 2019; EmployerA: 2013-Mar2019 (layoff); EmployerB (internship): June-Aug2019; Part-time MBA: Aug2016-Dec2019; Full-time job offer in hand; will start next year after MBA; Do I need to explicitly mention the periods of unemployment between layoff and internship and after internship (in Part-8 of N400) since I was also enrolled in school (part-time MBA) during those times? Claimed CA unemployment insurance (EDD) for a short bit I am in the US since before the age of 26, initially on F1 and later on H1-B. How should I answer– Are you a male who lived in US at any time between your 18th and 26th birthday? (This doesn’t include living in the US as a lawful nonimmigrant) YES/NO I had a speeding ticket in 2010. I paid the fine then and completed the assigned online DriversEd course. I don’t have the physical ticket now. I called DMV and the court, and they don’t have it on record either. How do I respond to Part 12, questions 22, 23, 24,25 and 29? Is it ok to file N400 while unemployed or wait till I am employed? Ok to file online or paper application?
